"Thank you Walter, I do so appreciate you giving me your precious time.  I do have an autoimmune deficiency.  I also have acid reflux.  I also have anaphylaxis to medication.   I have not yet tried the pulsating drainage therapy but will. I have used Sterimar for many months to no avail whatsoever. I have tried every prescription spray/drops there are, many of which cause nose bleeds. An ENT Charing Cross hospital claims that the sinus op was necessary to enable the medication to get through.  Scan shows severely chronic blocked cavities, with hardly any air getting through at all.  I did have a steel tipped umbrella poked up my nose in an accident when I was about 8 years old
and was unconscious, but really unsure if that has anything to do with it.  I was constantly being told off for backward sniffing, but even as a child I felt the blockage.  I cannot believe that ENT know what I go through night after night (and even in the day) and have thought about videoing myself so they can see how I suffer.  I am exhausted as I swear I never shut my eyes, and if I do I am woken up almost straight away.  I have tried all sorts of sleeping positions.  I have to clear my throat every few seconds, and cough constantly.  I have premature lines on my face from sniffing upwards.

I did have cilia testing 18 years ago when my lung problem was diagnosed they said all was fine there. I have lived on antibiotics for lung infections for the past 18 years, that I know are caused by the post nasal drip.   Since the first anaphylaxis shock 3 years ago, I am unable to try any new anti biotic, as have had to life threatening reactions to ones I had been on previously, so my situation it not terribly normal. I cannot be in traffic, fill  my car with petrol, use any household products or be near any chemicals, my system just shuts down so I obviously am allergic big time to the 21st century it would seem.  Also cannot eat certain foods, but now it would seem that all foods and drink cause a problem.

I desperately need to find someone who will look at ME as an individual and treat me as a one off and not as someone with chronic rhino sinusitis which is what they are currently doing.  I cannot go on like this for too much longer. It consumes me, my days and nights are spent clearing mucous (or trying to) some days it can take 48 hours to get one little ball of mucous to come up.  Two full days of clearing that is.  I can no longer be in company because of the noises I need to make to clear.  I have over the past few years developed agraphobia as a result.  This is not me, I am a go getter, I loved dancing, and singing and painting and life.  I want some of that back.

I am so grateful to you for trying to find someone and I sincerely hope that someone comes along.

Thank you once again for all the suggestions, I will try them all and watch the video too."
