Press Release from
PRWeb With Sinus Buster now being sold in thousands of
stores throughout North America, SiCap Industries has expanded
into the skin care arena with their "Capsiderm" and "Peppercare"
brands. Thanks to a recent corporate merger, SiCap is now poised
to become a major player in the health and beauty industry.
Albany, NY (PRWEB)
December 19, 2006 -- SiCap Industries made "medical history" in
2003 with the world's first hot pepper nasal spray sold under
the Sinus Buster brand. |
Today Sinus Buster is fast becoming a household name with a full line
of Homeopathic pepper based nasal sprays designed to beat headaches,
allergies, sinus conditions, weight loss and even PMS. With
Sinus Buster now being sold in thousands of stores throughout North
America, SiCap has expanded into the skin care arena with their "Capsiderm"
and "Peppercare" brands. Thanks to the recent corporate merger, SiCap is
now poised to become a major player in the health and beauty industry.
The merger between
SiCap Industries and PP&S ventures was finalized in November when an
investment group brought out Sicap's minority shareholders for an
undisclosed sum. Under the new deal, the founding management of SiCap
will continue to run the company - only with a much larger bank account.
"This merger is huge for us because we've never had any capital
investment from day one. This company started in my kitchen more than
three years ago, and we've had to reinvest every penny in order to grow
to the point we're at today," says Wayne Perry, president and founder of
Sicap Industries.
Today Perry's company manufacturers and distributes a full line of
health products from a 12,000 square foot facility in upstate New York.
More importantly, SiCap has become a fully registered drug manufacturer
recognized by the FDA.
"We've grown by a thousand percent in three years -- literally. Sinus
Buster has gotten so big that we've just upgraded our manufacturing
equipment to a full scale automated system. It was a major purchase for
us, but well worth every penny. Our plant can put out millions of units
each year with only a handful of employees. We've finally come full
circle," says Roberto Sasso, Director of Operations for SiCap.
Thanks to the new merger, SiCap is now in a position to spend more than
three million dollars on advertising and marketing in 2007. In addition,
the company is entering the high end cosmetic market with a new brand,
"Youthful Trends".
The new brand will launch with an innovative facial hydration system
using an exclusive Peptide & Collagen formula. According to SiCap
officials, their "Youthful Trends Facial Rejuvenation System" will be a
breakthrough for reversing the effects of age on the skin.
"Amino Peptides and Collagen have been proven to reduce wrinkles and
lines, but most of the formulas out there use a combination of each in
one formula. The Youthful Trends system is a two step program that
separates the Peptides from the Collagen. By separating the two, you get
a much more pronounced effect. The formula really helps turn back time
for your skin. It's as close to a face lift in a bottle as you can get,"
says Perry.
