    After two extremely painful sinus operations I was still coming down with sinus infections, and I needed to find an effective remedy.  What worked best for me and my sinusitis is the Sinupulse Nasal Irrigator.  I have used this at least once and more often twice per day for eight years now, and I've only had two or three sinus infections in all that time.  I used to get at least that many in a year.  I am a firm believer, and the link above is my affiliate link.  Leading ENT's also recommend sinus irrigation, and several have published books that are reviewed on this site which affirm this statement.

    I am not a medical professional, just a sinus sufferer.  While speaking with others about my experiences dealing with sinus infections, it became clear that a very large number of people suffer from one kind of sinus problem or another, and so the idea for this web site germinated from those discussions. We have articles covering different aspects of sinusitis, so hopefully this resource will be an easy way for people to find help.
